A pair of antique 18th century wooden dummy boards, painted with oil, depicting a boy with a spaniel and a girl with a basket of flowers. Traditionally used to adorn halls, corridors, fireplaces and landings. 

Minor marks and losses to the paint, likely some later (19th c) repainting to the faces. Freestanding (see pictures). Circa 1760.
